Plans #

The plan's general information section manages membership fees and descriptions for effective communication with potential and existing members.

• Label - Name or label of the plan.
• Custom Billing Period - Option to set a custom billing period for the plan.
• Renewal fee - Renewal fee for the plan. Once the plan is created, the monthly fee cannot be changed.
• Description - Brief description of the plan.
• Note - Additional notes or comments about the plan.
• Active - Indicates whether the plan is currently active or not.
• Features - Features included in the plan. Plans may restrict the number of class bookings or guest passes to ensure fair access, requiring members to upgrade or pay additional fees if they exceed the limit.

Add a plan #

Steps:

1. From your admin, go to Settings > Plans.
2. From the Plans page, click Add plan.
3. Enter a unique name and code for the plan, along with additional details.
4. Click Save.

Delete a plan #

You can delete a single plan, or delete multiple plans at the same time using a bulk action. When you delete a plan, it's temporary removed from NitroFIT28. Deleted plans can be restored.

To delete a plan:

1. From your admin, go to Plans.
2. Click the (...) of the plan that you want to delete.
3. Click Delete.
4. Click Confirm.
