Credit plans

The plan's general information section manages membership fees and descriptions for effective communication with potential and existing members.

  • Label - Name or label of the plan.
  • Custom Billing Period - Option to set a custom billing period for the plan.
  • Renewal fee - Renewal fee for the plan. Once the plan is created, the monthly fee cannot be changed.
  • Description - Brief description of the plan.
  • Note - Additional notes or comments about the plan.
  • Active - Indicates whether the plan is currently active or not.
  • Features - Features included in the plan. Credit plans may restrict the number of class bookings or guest passes to ensure fair access, requiring members to upgrade or pay additional fees if they exceed the limit.

Add a plan

Steps:

  1. From your admin, go to Settings > Credit plans.
  2. From the Credit plans page, click Add credit plan.
  3. Enter the number of credits and price for the plan. The price per credit will be automatically calculated.
  4. Toggle the Active switch if you want the plan to be immediately available.
  5. Click Save.

Edit a plan

Steps:

  1. From your admin, go to Settings > Credit plans.
  2. Find the plan you want to edit and click on its name or the Edit button (pencil icon).
  3. Update the plan details as needed.
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Activate or deactivate a plan

You can quickly enable or disable credit plans without deleting them.

Steps:

  1. From your admin, go to Settings > Credit plans.
  2. Find the plan you want to modify.
  3. Click the toggle switch in the Active column to change its status.

Delete a plan

You can delete a single plan, or delete multiple plans at the same time using a bulk action. When you delete a plan, it's temporary removed from Bouncify. Deleted plans can be restored.

To delete a plan:

  1. From your admin, go to Credit plans.
  2. Click the (...) of the plan that you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click Confirm.

To delete multiple plans:

  1. From your admin, go to Credit plans.
  2. Select the checkboxes next to the plans you want to delete.
  3. Click the bulk actions dropdown and select Delete.
  4. Click Confirm.

Restore a deleted plan

To restore a deleted plan:

  1. From your admin, go to Credit plans.
  2. Toggle on the Trashed option in the toolbar to view deleted plans.
  3. Find the plan you want to restore and click the (...).
  4. Click Restore.

To restore multiple plans:

  1. From your admin, go to Credit plans and enable Trashed view.
  2. Select the checkboxes next to the plans you want to restore.
  3. Click the bulk actions dropdown and select Restore.
  4. Click Confirm.

Understanding credit pricing

Credit plans allow members to purchase credits at different price points:

  • Credit - The number of credits included in the plan.
  • Price - The total price for the credit package.
  • Price per credit - Automatically calculated by dividing the price by the number of credits. This helps members compare the value of different plans.

For better plan management, consider creating a range of options with better per-credit value for larger packages to incentivize higher purchases.
